We are interested in selling our Legacy Margarita 11, week 4.  This

unit is a 2bedroom, 2bath, with a jacuzzi on the 3rd floor.  The  2

sofas make into very comfortable beds for 2 more guests.  Margarita 11

overlooks the center of the Tiberon pool.  Some benefits to this

particular Margarita are both bedrooms have the dome skylights and the

jacuzzi is larger than most, at least larger than the two Margarita's

on either side.

We've inquired about selling through Trading Places, however, they

would list it for $42K and then offer 10% off for members, and 10% off

for a cash sale.
